THE PRIME OUTDOORS PROJECT
We have strived to provide you with authentic and reliable data, gathered over an extensive period of time.
Process of information gathering
An independent research team was recruited to travel to each of the chosen centres and collect data at the site and area level. A detailed questionnaire was prepared on the basis of which the information was collected.
In each centre, a scrutinizer from the research team checked each of the questionnaires as they came in. Our Regional branches, bringing in local area expertise, also carried out independent sample validation. Once the data, photographs and site-maps reached Primetime’s central hub, they were 100% revalidated and rechecked for accuracy.
Confidence level of the information
All possible precautions have being taken to ensure that the data provided is as accurate as possible.
- The field team was given three rounds of extensive briefing and was taken through a test run in Mumbai to tackle issues that emerge on the field.
- A scrutinizer associated with the research team in each centre is responsible for checking the accuracy of the questionnaires as they come in. Inaccurate forms are refilled.
- Independent validation to the extent of 10% is being carried out by people within our Regional branches - they also bring in their local knowledge of the cities/areas.
- Once the questionnaires came to Primetime's Head Office, the data is revalidated and the photographs and maps checked.
It is only after thoroughly reassuring ourselves as to data accuracy that we accept information for data entry.
